As a way to say thank you to all of the amazing Teachers out there, check out some of the sweet free 2022 Teacher Appreciation Week deals & freebies you can get this year during Teacher Appreciation Week (May 1st-7th).

There are several great freebies and lots of other special offers! Many of these offers are for teachers, support staff, and homeschooling parents.

Free Food Deals

For these deals make sure to bring your school ID or other documentation identifying you as faculty or staff, or bring your home school ID card.

1. Chick-fil-A

May 3rd head to participating Chick-fil-A restaurants and get FREE Chicken Sandwich. The offer is good all day.  You won’t find this in the app, just show your school ID at the restaurant.  Note this is up to each store to participate, so please check before ordering.

2. SONIC

Register as a Teacher through the SONIC app and get a free cheeseburger offer loaded in your app.  Must be registered by 5/2 and reward is good through 5/17.

3. Freddy’s

May 2nd to May 6th, 2022, teachers with valid school ID get a free single-topping mini sundae at Freddy’s Frozen Custard & Steakburgers.

4. Barnes & Noble

Across the country, all teachers can get a free coffee from Barnes & Noble cafes on Tuesday May 3rd with your School ID.

5. Great American Cookie Company

Teachers and nurses all get one free Original Chocolate Chip Cookie through Friday 5/6, with any purchase and a valid ID.

6. Whataburger

All week teachers can get free breakfast from Whataburger when you shoup your valid ID.  Good through May 6th from 5 am to 9 am each day.

Special Discounts for Teachers Appreciation Week

1. Zaxby’s

Wednesday May 3rd, Zaxby’s  is offer all Nurses and Teachers buy one Boneless Wings Meal and get one free.  Order in-store, online or through the app and the discount will be automatic for everyone.

2. Dollar General

All teachers get 5% off supplies at Dollar General for the month of May.  Create an account and register as a teacher here to get the extra discount.

3. Marble Slab Creamery

Teachers and nurses get BOGO small ice creams with a valid ID.  Good through Friday 5/6.

There are a number of clothing stores that offer discounts everyday… don’t get to excited though it’s almost always off regularly priced items and only 5-15% off.  That’s too much like retail…

Sign up for the Books-A-Million Educator’s Discount Program and get 20% off most items for your classroom.  This program is open to all K-12 educators, librarians, and homeschoolers. You’ll also get FREE shipping on qualifying online purchases with the program.

6. Adobe Creative Cloud for Education

1. Crayola Experience

Teachers receive Free admission to Crayola Experience in Orlando, FL every day.

2. LEGOLAND

LEGOLAND offers Free admission for California and Florida teachers with an annual Teacher’s pass.  Read the details on how to get your pass.

3. Sea World

Teachers in Florida, Texas and Southern California can get a free pass to  to SeaWorld Orlando, San Antonio or San Diego to learn how to incorporate marine science education into your curriculum.

 4.  Kennedy Space Center at Cape Canaveral

If you live in Floria, Georgia or Peurto Rico or the Virgin Islands you can free admission to the Kennedy Space Center with your teacher photo id.
