We’ve got another Olympics starting soon!!
Start getting ready now with some fun ideas to get the kids excited and into watching and cheering on our athletes. These are all simple ideas using things you probably already have on hand!
Tip: If you are homeschooling or just want to encourage your kids to learn more, the olympics make a great time to learn about a different country. Go in depth and learn about the host country, China this year. Have a few fun dinners from the country, find kid friendly youtube videos about the area, listen to music and look at art. You can go as big or small as you want… no matter what you’ll all learn new things!
Kid Friendly Olympic Games & Activities

Make rings for each olympic color and let them sort out colors that match each ring. You can go with pom-pom crafts, pieces of paper, stickers, toys. Pull together anything you have around the house!

Have fun creating your own obstacle course, or even get the neighbors involved and pass the torch around the park! Turn it into game and do our best to not drop the torch.
