FAB Frugal Team Member review: I borrowed a friend’s Dyson so I could give this a good side by side comparison. In terms of design they look incredibly similar. The Dyson has a soft brushed silicone finish, which lends to some pro and cons. The air blew at comparable rates of force. The cord on the swift was much more user friendly and did not get tangled quite as easily. The LED lights on the back of the swift were a nice touch and made it easy to see what heat setting you were on. If you are looking for a great blow dryer without the sticker shock of the Dyson, this might be a good fit for you!
