We have a Costco membership, which means we can get rotisserie chickens for $4.99 each. Sam’s Club has similar prices! Every time I go to Costco, I pick up a few, strip the meat from the bones and freeze the chicken for future use. There are so many ways you can use the chicken and it’s cheaper than buying a whole chicken and cooking it yourself. Here are 20 rotisserie chicken recipe ideas so you can make some really easy meals!
Note that for some of these, the recipe explains how to cook the chicken. Just skip the cooking part and add whatever seasonings the recipe calls for (paying attention to salt since most rotisserie chickens are already a bit salty!).
