The deals at CVS and Walgreens didn’t look great to me this week, but I did make a quick stop at CVS for cereal.
CVS Shopping Trip
All of my coupons are from the CVS app. I highly recommend it if you don’t have it already! You get on to your account and clip the coupons you want, and they automatically come off in the store. There are CVS store coupons and manufacturer coupons to clip on the app – and you can stack them on the same product.
What I Bought:
8 boxes General Mills Cereal – $15.92 (on sale for $1.99/each)
Used $4/15 any breakfast items CVS digital coupon*
Used $2/12 any purchase CVS digital coupon
And received (5) $0.50/1 Ibotta rebate (limit 5)
= $9.92 ($7.42 for 8 boxes after rebates!)
*I didn’t have any manufacturer’s coupons left for GM cereals, but if you do – definitely use them to score these cereals even cheaper! I was happy that the boxes I bought today have cereal coupons on them to use in the future.
