I love making this marshmallow salad for holidays! It reminds me of vintage recipes and it can be served as dessert or right alongside the main course.
Feel free to add sliced grapes, shredded coconut, or whatever else sounds good to you!
Tip: Mix everything together about 1 hour before you’re ready to serve. This will give the fruits and marshmallows enough time to sweeten the sour cream. After that, however, the salad won’t last much longer than another day or so (the fruits will begin to release their juices and the salad will start to get sort of mushy). So eat up!
