In 2024, Sephora’s Spring Savings Event will start on April 3 and will run through April 15, but your status does matter for when you can start shopping. Plus, you can get 30% off all Sephora Collection products from April 3 to April 15, no code needed!

What is Beauty Insider at Sephora?
Beauty Insider is Sephora’s rewards program that gives shoppers tons of perks. Everyone who signs up earns 1 point for every $1 spent, which can be used for discounted and free products, early access to seasonal sales, free standard shipping and free samples with every order. Sephora also delights all Beauty Insiders with a free birthday gift, access to sweepstakes and exclusive beauty offers.
There are three Beauty Insider levels; Insider, VIB and Rouge. Everyone who signs up for free starts at Insider status, and if you spend a certain amount of money each year your level goes up. Achieve VIB (Very Important Beauty) status when you spend $350+ in a year, and achieve Rouge member status when you spend $1,000 in a single calendar year.
Insiders will keep their higher status for the rest of the year and the following year, but if you don’t spend enough after that time you’ll go back to Insider status.
How does the Sephora Spring Sale work?
There are three different discount levels during Sephora’s Spring Sale based on the three tiers of the Beauty Insider program. During the most recent sale, Rouge members get 20% off their entire order, VIB members got 15% off and Insiders got 10% off. This year’s promo code will be YAYSAVE.
The different levels also received early access to the sale at different times:
- Sephora Collection sale: 30% off from Apriil 3 to April 15.
- Rouge Sephora sale: 20% off from April 3 to April 15.
- VIB Sephora sale: 15% off from April 5 to April 15.
- Insider Sephora sale: 10% off from April 9 to April 15.
