Making a monthly meal plan for November feels easier than other months because I usually try to plan at LEAST two days of leftovers! There are so many delicious ways to eat up Thanksgiving leftovers, whether you eat them as is or use them to make something else.
I’ve also got us making some soups this fall, as well as some easier weekend meals because our schedule tends to get pretty busy this time of year.
