One of the reasons I love cooler weather is because it puts me in the mood for soup, and I love soup! Additionally, soup is an incredibly frugal meal. Many soups include all the food groups, but if I need to add some filler, I can quickly make a loaf of bread for “soppin’,” as we call it in the South.
