Unlike many of Target’s deals, you do NOT have to be a Target Circle member to snag it (although we recommend you join Target Circle, because it’s a great way to save). Note that you can use this offer only once (you can’t add, say, $200 worth of Apple gift cards and get two $15 Target gift cards).
