The details: On Tuesdays, tickets to see 2D, regular format movies at Regal Theaters are just $5 to $7 and popcorn is 50% off. To get your Value Days discount price on your ticket, either order them online after logging in to your Crown Club account, through the app or show your Crown Club card in person.
You can go anytime on a Tuesday to take advantage of this, but there is some fine print (e.g., the deal may not be available on a holiday that falls on a Tuesday or on special types of movies and events — which is similar to the way the other chains handle their discount days, too).
Regal also offers senior citizen discounts as well as student and military ticket savings at some locations.

The details: Prices drop on Tuesdays for all Cinemark guests on all film formats, including IMAX, RealD 3D and more. (Prices vary by location and type of film). Movies opening on Tuesdays and special events are not eligible, and these savings don’t apply on holidays.
Cinemark also offers discounts for seniors, students, military members and families on certain days. Want to get your snack on at home? They’ve just launched a program with DoorDash, Grubhub and Uber Eats so movie lovers can get their favorite concessions delivered right to them.

The details: On Tuesdays, AMC members (Stubs A-List, Premiere and Insider included) save on movie prices. There’s also a special offer of $5 plus tax for a small soda or ICEE and small popcorn.
Students, seniors and members of the military also receive ticket discounts with AMC.

The Insider tier is free, Premiere is $15/year plus tax, and their highest tier is, no surprise, A-List. This is where you get free tickets for a monthly subscription cost.
